One-stop service is provided for hospitals and pharmacies in Jeju, including appointments, payments, and electronic prescriptions

Lemon Healthcare (CEO Hong Byung-jin) announced on the 14th that it has opened three new services at Jeju National University Hospital: "Automatic Claiming Service for Loss Insurance," "Simple Claiming for Loss Insurance Without Documents," and "Electronic Prescriptions."

Following Lemon Care, an existing patient app, Jeju National University Hospital will be able to provide one-stop healthcare services such as automatic real-life insurance claims, electronic prescription services, and documentless real-life insurance claims through the billing application.

According to the company, the automatic billing service can also be used through Kakao Notification Talk messages sent by hospitals without installing a separate app, and all outpatient medical treatment cases that have occurred three times a month on the 9th, 19th, and 29th were automatically charged, reducing the possibility of missing real-life insurance claims.

He also explained that patients can set the minimum amount of medical expenses paid by patients themselves from 1,000 won to 50,000 won for automatic billing when signing up for the first time, and that the retroactive period for automatic billing can be selected up to three years before signing up.

In addition, through the "Notification Talk Electronic Prescriptions" service, you can conveniently receive the drugstore electronic prescriptions through Kakao Notification Talk after paying for medical expenses without installing a separate app or signing up for membership. It is a method of providing electronic prescriptions for pharmacies to be submitted by QR codes, sending electronic prescriptions to pharmacies that patients want, and finally receiving drugs prescribed at pharmacies.

Depending on the classification of patients, such as outpatient, hospitalization, and health checkups, it is possible to inquire about test results and comprehensive check-up results, which will reduce cumbersome waiting times due to the drastic reduction of existing complicated processes when using hospitals and pharmacies, and the company expected that hospitals will reduce tasks such as patient-facing services and medical records management.

An official from Lemon Healthcare said, "In addition to Jeju National University Hospital, major hospitals in Jeju are also providing all-in-one healthcare services," and emphasized, "The automatic loss insurance claim service has recently exceeded 15,000 claims and 10,000 subscribers within three months of its opening."

He added, "Due to the nature of Jeju, the same benefits and services will be available for long-term domestic and foreign residents, so we will be able to enjoy the most advanced global healthcare service."
