Lemon Healthcare (CEO Hong Byung-jin), a healthcare data platform company, has been selected as one of Korea's top 10 startups.
The global IT technology startup magazine 'Startup City' announced 'Korea's Top 10 Startup' in 2022 in the recently published Asia-Pacific Special (APAC Special). Lemon Healthcare was the only one selected in the field of digital healthcare.
"Startup City" provides knowledge sharing platforms related to startup growth and investment, such as online and offline magazines, newsletters, and conferences, based on a global network of venture capital, companies, and angel investors.
"Startup City" introduced Lemon Healthcare as "a startup that is drawing attention to its technological prowess and growth by providing digital healthcare solutions that address patients' medical barriers at the forefront of innovation." Recently, it was highly praised for providing next-generation digital healthcare growth momentum, such as supporting the establishment of a Healthcare Blockchain Network (HBN) for the domestic medical data utilization ecosystem and implementing a service to ear (S2E) system in the simple claim app "God of Claiming."
Lemon Healthcare partners with 110 high-level hospitals and general hospitals in Korea, including Seoul National University Hospital and Yonsei Severance Hospital, to provide one-stop medical reservations, clinic guidance, mobile waiting tickets issuance, notification of medical expenses and mobile payments (receipt), electronic prescription pharmacy transmission, and simple claims for loss insurance (receipt) through mobile smart hospital apps "Lemon Care" and "God of Claiming."
In particular, "God of Claiming," which provides functions such as claiming real-life insurance and issuing proof on mobile, can easily claim insurance by taking pictures of claims such as hospitalization, surgery, and drug costs at all hospitals and uploading them to the app. Lemon Healthcare recently introduced a blockchain system in the "God of Claims" to increase security and transparency in the use and management of personal medical data to the highest level.
An official from Lemon Healthcare said, "By combining IT technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, we will further advance personal medical data technology and establish ourselves as a leader in the digital healthcare market by introducing customized healthcare services for each patient."
